Damages During Transit
We pack every product with care to ensure it arrives safely. However, we cannot be held responsible for damages that occur during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48–72 hours with photos of the packaging and the affected product. We are committed to providing the best experience possible and will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier marks the package as “delivered,” we cannot issue refunds or replacements. We encourage you to:
